Export Pallets

Export Pallets are manufactured with recycled plastic. Due to the variety of plastics used in their manufacture, they are not intended for heavy long time use.

Plastic export pallets make it easier for you to follow export restrictions that have made wood pallets difficult to use for shipment.

Export pallets are most cost effective sized 48 inches by 40 inches. You can choose from various other sizes. When you request a quote from us select the size from the list of standard sizes on the Request-a-Quote form.

Nestable export pallets are going to be the least expensive because they have the least amount of plastics in them.

The cone shaped legs nest when they are stored empty so they do not take up precious floor space. A stack of 50 nestable pallets would measure about 8’ in height.

Stackable pallets have a bottom that allows them to stack on top of flat packed pallets. When you put a loaded pallet on top of a loaded pallet the weight is distributed across the product. Some of these stackable export pallets are rated for short term racking in an open span racking system.

Export pallets come in a variety of shapes, colors and sizes. The images above show you just a few of the wide variety of these pallets.

Plastic pallets clean easily, resist chemicals and withstand weather. They can be reused and recycled. They won't rot, split mildew or become infested with insects. Most withstand deep freezing and steam cleaning.

Plastic pallets meet European Union, Canadian and Asian customs requirements.
